Born and raised in New York and halfway through college in Philadelphia, Marta is "studying" in Santiago until December. She interned at City Paper in Philadelphia and writes feature pieces for her University's paper.

While Marta enjoys outdoor activities, eating and lazing around, she also loves to write and enjoys seeing her name in print. She's up for covering anything - including interviews with those willing to put up with her broken Spanish.
